Caterham has unveiled its motorsport-inspired AeroSeven Concept road car at the Singapore Grand Prix. The two-seater concept previews the carmaker's future engineering and design direction for models including the sportscar being developed in collaboration with Renault for early 2016. The AeroSeven Concept is going into production next year and is the first model to be designed and developed with input from all three of Caterham's divisions: Caterham Technology and Innovation, Caterham F1 Team and Caterham Cars.
Local Motors' designer and community manager Aurel Francois has made this short video explaining how he created his 'Alpine A444' render for the Le Mans Themed Sketchwall Challenge. His side view may be simple in terms of perspective but by using layer masks and pixel locking in Photoshop, the blue race car soon comes to life. German sports car manufacturer Wiesmann chose the 2009 Frankfurt motor show to unveil its BMW M5-engined Roadster MF5. Yes - there's been no special tuning or trickery here. With the same 500bhp 5.0-litre V10 as an M5 Wiesmann likens the Roadster MF5 to a wild animal.
